Terms of Service

1. Acceptance Of Terms
Our Service is provided to you subject to the following Terms of Service (TOS), which may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you. You can review the most current version of the TOS at any time here. Any changes to this document will be effective immediately.

2. Service
Our Service is limited only to activities associated with the game service provided by us. We reserve the right to remove or add any other services without notice. The Service is an end user service and you agree not to resell, reproduce or duplicate The Service. You also understand and agree that The Service might not be available 24 hours a day/7 days a week, however we are working hard to ensure high service availability. We are not responsible for any service interruptions that might occur or for losing your content. You shall request an account to be created and obtain an ID and password in order to use The Service. We reserve the right to terminate The Service at any time. You also understand and agree that the service may include certain communications from us, such as service announcements, administrative messages, etc.

3. Privacy
We respect your privacy and will never share your private information with any third party companies. Private information includes, but is not limited to e-mail addresses and your name. However we cannot protect your privacy if you reveal your private information in any way on this site or anywhere else.

4. ID and Password
We reserve the right to refuse registration if your ID violates our ID rules. In general your ID should not be offensive. If we receive a complaint that your ID has an offensive meaning in any language we will ask you to create a new account. Your ID and password are parts of your account. You agree to keep your ID and password safe and will not share them with anyone. You shall notify us if you suspect any misuse of your account. We will not be liable for any damages caused to you as a result of account misuse. We reserve the right to investigate an unauthorized access.

5. Service Consumer
Usage of The Service is subject to the Terms Of Service. You, as a service consumer, agree to follow all rules regarding Our Service. You agree not to interfere with The Service in any form, or way. Any interference is subject to investigation and possible legal action. Usage of The Service is strictly for your own purposes and you agree to have only one registered account. You agree that we can use your e-mail to send you new service announcements and to use it for any service activities regarding your account. You will be able to opt out of receiving them by contacting us.
You agree not to organize any events inside or outside The Service. You must be at least 13-years-old in order to use The Service.
IF you wish to use The Service and you are yonger then 13-years-old we need to obtain WRITTEN parental consent in order to provide The Service to you.
You are responsible for obtaining access to the Service and that access may involve third party fees (such as Internet service provider and/or access charges). You agree not to use The Service to post any material which is vulgar, defamatory, inaccurate, threatening, harassing, hateful, invading of others privacy, sexually oriented, or violates any laws. You also agree that you will not post any copyrighted material that is not owned by yourself and you will not advertise or sell any item(s) including, but not limited to, products and/or services while you use The Service. Failure to follow the items identified in this section may result in the termination of your account without notice.

6. Liability
In no event shall WE be liable to any party for lost or stolen information, direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages in any form. WE SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIM any warranties.
The Service is on an "AS IS" basis. Maintenance, support, updates, enhancements, or modifications are subject to our schedule. Any information regarding maintenance activity will be posted on status.fiveinline.com.

7. Service Termination.
We reserve the right to terminate your account if we receive a written complaint from any member or other source about offensive behavior. If such a situation occurs we will contact you and we expect to hear back in 48 hours. Your account may be suspended until the issue is resolved. If your account is suspended you will not be able to use The Service. Failure to respond in 7 days will result in the termination of your account.
